Conditions Our Aims
Our key aims are to offer you choice, quality and value for money. Our
on-line catalogue is comprehensive and easy to use. We have tried to
make this site as user friendly as possible, making it easy to
understand and navigate. If you have any feedback, either positive or
negative, we would much appreciate it, as this will help us to serve you
better.
Ordering
All prices will have shipping prices added. Orders are welcome from
anywhere in the world. Neither placement of an order, the confirmation
e-mail of placement of an order, nor the authorisation of payment of an
order constitutes acceptance of an order. Orders, once received are
accepted or rejected. We will notify you by e-mail if we reject or
cancel an order, and give the reasons why.
Making A Purchase
All payments are made in Pounds sterling, US Dollars or Euros. Credit
card information may be sent through our secure payments system on-line
with WorldPay. It is not advisable to send credit card details by
e-mail.
Delivery Information
Prices shown are not inclusive of delivery. Deliveries will be made as
soon as the order is received and in any case no longer than seven days
from the date of order. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery
problems due to industrial action on the part of the carriers.
Credit Card Security
Online credit card payments are processed through WorldPay, within the
secure WorldPay site. No credit card details come to us in any form when
payment is made in this way.
Privacy Policy
Good Buy Cards do not disclose customers or recipients information to
third parties, except for the purposes of effecting and despatching
orders.
Problems / Complaints
If there is a problem with your order or you are unhappy with the
product for any reason then please contact us immediately, or at least
not later than three days after the date of delivery. We will endeavour
to resolve the problem within five working days. Any products that are
rejected must be returned complete with packaging not later than 3 days
after the date of delivery. All products remain the property of Good Buy
Cards until payment has been received in full. If a refund should be
necessary due to error on our part, we will refund your payment in part
or in full, as necessary. If a refund is necessary due to an error on
the part of the customer, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund
costs incurred, including a minimum of 5% of the order value to cover
bank charges incurred. In this event, notification will be sent of all
deductions made.
